Orders are typically shipped from our office using USPS, packages are delivered by your local US Post Office carrier during their operating times. The order typically arrives in several days but can take up to two weeks. Please note USPS orders have tracking but are not insured. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the delivery service. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.

If your item is out of stock it will be backordered and we will notify you with an expected delivery time.

Once items are lodged with International Post we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages but will endeavour to track orders where possible.

We will make every effort practical to ensure that delivery timeframes provided are accurate.

If you are shipping an item over $39, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
