The recommended age is 3-7 years old. But it all depends on the child. We have many readers ranging from 1 to 99 years old😉

All parts of the illustrations are connected to each other, without “dangling” parts and form a strong patterned network that is not so easy to break.The main material is black high-quality cardboard, 450 grams. This means that our cardboard is thicker than most postcards.

Even to break just for the sake of it will be hard to do. We are aware that our target audience likes to actively explore the world with their hands (and teeth), so we tried to make our product as durable as possible.

We chose a special thick cardboard and as a mandatory requirement for our patterned illustrations, in addition to aesthetic criteria, we added strength. This means that the silhouettes should be graceful, but at the same time not too thin.

In the beautiful gift box you will find:

1. SHADOW PLAY BOOK. An innovative book, where every page is a theatrical scenery.

2. PERSONAGES. A set of shadow puppets, 8-10 pcs, depending on the fairy tale.

3. STORYLIGHTER*. A special flashlight to get the best experience from Shadow Play. Clear shadows, focused beam of light, easy to use. Even a child can do it!

4. And last but not least! There is an AUDIO VERSION of every fairy tale, read by professional talent, in English and Spanish.

The sets are the same. Only the story is different. The Jungle Book is in the Midnight Star (black box), the Nutcracker is in the Silver Moon (white one).

Our statistics* show that there is also a difference in the preference among our customers.

The white box is usually bought in autumn and winter, the black one in summer and spring.

Silver Moon is a little more often chosen for girls, Midnight Star for boys.
