At Shadow Play, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your product has a defect or if anything goes awry with your delivery, rest assured, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. While there may be occasional challenges, our team is dedicated to making your experience with us as smooth and satisfactory as possible.
14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. You can choose either to exchange your product for a different item or receive a refund to your original payment method.
- Returned items must be in their original plastic packaging, complete with all original tags and accessories.
- Returned items should not show any visible damage or signs of use.
Exceptions to Our Policy: Please take note of the following exceptions:
- Items discounted at 15% or higher are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process: Before returning any items, ensure you've followed these steps:
- Initiate your return by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by replying to your order confirmation email. Specify the products you intend to return.
- Expect to receive a return shipping label via email. Ensure you print it.
- Use the provided label to send the items back to us.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Shipping Fees: You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping when returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refund Timing: We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it.
